CERAMIC CARE

How should I clean my ceramic piece?

For everyday cleaning, wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough scouring pads, steel wool, or sharp tools that may scratch or damage the glazed surface.

Allow the piece to dry completely before storing or using again.

Can I put my ceramic piece in the dishwasher?

Please follow the care instructions listed on the individual product page.

Unless a product is specifically described as dishwasher safe, we recommend gentle hand cleaning to help preserve its finish.

Can I use strong cleaning products?

We don't recommend bleach, abrasive powders, harsh chemicals, or aggressive cleaning tools.

A soft cloth with mild soap and warm water is usually sufficient for everyday care.

CANDLE CARE

What size candle should I use with the Calla Candle Holder?

The Calla Candle Holder is designed to fit a standard 7/8-inch taper candle.

Because taper candles can vary slightly between brands, minor differences in fit are normal.

Always make sure the candle sits securely and upright before lighting.

How should I prepare a taper candle before lighting?

Trim the wick according to the candle manufacturer's instructions before each use.

Make sure the candle is stable and properly seated in the holder.

Never force a candle into the holder if it doesn't fit comfortably.

How do I remove candle wax?

Allow the wax to cool and harden completely before attempting to remove it.

Gently lift away hardened wax with your fingers or a soft, non-abrasive tool.

Avoid knives, metal scrapers, or other sharp objects that may scratch the glaze.

Any remaining residue can be wiped gently with warm water and a soft cloth.

CANDLE SAFETY

Always burn candles with care.

Place your candle holder on a stable, level surface away from drafts.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep burning candles away from children, pets, curtains, paper, flowers, and other flammable materials.

Do not move the candle holder while the candle is burning or while wax is still hot.

Keep candles spaced safely apart from other objects and follow all safety instructions provided by the candle manufacturer.

If a candle becomes unstable, extinguish it immediately and allow it to cool before adjusting.

GLAZE & FINISH

Will the color look exactly the same as it does online?

We do our best to represent color and finish accurately.

However, appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and production batches.

Subtle differences in ceramic color or finish may occur.

How can I protect the glazed surface?

Avoid placing sharp or abrasive objects directly against the ceramic surface.

When moving your piece, lift it rather than dragging it across furniture or other surfaces.

For delicate furniture, consider placing a soft protective pad underneath the piece.

STORAGE

Store ceramic pieces in a dry, stable place where they won't be knocked or placed under heavy pressure.

If storing for an extended period, wrap the piece gently and avoid stacking heavy objects on top of it.
